The club week is the starting point
Team training sessions and matches form the context for your own training. CRIVIX plans around them, not over them.
Anyone who wants to train extra next to their club keeps running into the same questions: what should I do, on which day, and how much is sensible? CRIVIX is being built to answer them from the week you already have.

Many players want to work on their game next to their club. But which training makes sense then? A loose schedule or a video online doesn't know that you have team training on Tuesday and a match on Saturday.
And more is not automatically better. Anyone who trains hard on every free day, or keeps going hard right before a match, runs the risk of overloading themselves. So it is not only about what you train, but also about when and how much.
That is why CRIVIX starts from the week that is already fixed: your team training sessions and matches. Your own sessions get a place next to them, and what you have done counts for the days after.
Team training sessions and matches form the context for your own training. CRIVIX plans around them, not over them.
You see beforehand what you are going to do, what you need and why a session is on a particular day.
AI suggests your week and your exercises. Fixed rules for safety and load decide what you get to see; a suggestion that doesn't meet them never reaches you.
CRIVIX is invitation-only for now, while we put the finishing touches on the product. Players get access through a personal invitation.
