CRIVIX plans your own training around your team sessions and matches, so you know what you do next to your club and when.
An individual football training plan covers the training you do next to your club, often on your own. It starts from your football week: your team sessions, your matches and the days you have time yourself.
A standalone plan is fixed and you have to fit it in yourself. A football planner starts from the week you actually have and puts your own training around it.
CRIVIX is a football training app that works as such a planner, for footballers who want to do extra training next to their club. Your club training and your coach stay in charge.
Your profile, once. You enter your team training days, how many sessions you want per week, on which days and for how long, where you train and what equipment you have. You can change that whenever you like.
Your football week, every week. You confirm your team sessions and add your matches. Your team sessions are already there from your profile, so confirming is usually one tap.
CRIVIX puts your week together. Your sessions go on the days you have available, with at most one individual session per day, not on a team training day and light just before a match. You can also choose your moments yourself.
A session that fits. CRIVIX chooses from exercises that fit your focus, your place, your equipment and your time, each with a worked-out amount of sets, repetitions and rest.
Looking back. You record your matches and team sessions and look back on what you did.
