About your week, your sessions, matches and access.
An app for footballers who want to do extra training on their own next to their club. Your team training sessions and matches are the basis of your week; CRIVIX plans your own training sessions around them, puts them together and lets you look back on what you did.
You can read more about how that works under personal football training plan.
See the featuresFor outfield players aged 18 and over who want to do something extra on their own next to their team training and matches.
The first group is for them only: the assessment for younger players has not been completed yet, and there is no specific goalkeeper training yet.
No, CRIVIX is an addition. Your club training and your coach come first, and CRIVIX plans around your team training and matches. Questions about your role or your load are for your coach.
CRIVIX proposes it around your football week. You confirm that week’s team training sessions and matches and choose ‘Put my week together’; CRIVIX then puts your training sessions on the days you have available, with at most one individual session per day, not on a day with team training, and light just before a match.
You can also choose your moments yourself in Week.
See the week planningOnce, you fill in your profile: your team training days, how many training sessions you want per week, on which days and for how long, where you train and what equipment you have. You can change that whenever you want.
Each week, you confirm your football week and add your matches. Your team training sessions are already there based on your profile, so confirming is usually a single tap.
Set a start time and say whether a training partner is joining. Create the session in the 24 hours before it begins.
Change your football week and confirm it again; then you carry on planning. If your preferences change, you can have the rest of the week updated. Completed and started training sessions then stay as they are.
You can also add an extra training. CRIVIX first checks whether it fits in your football week.
Then you choose a shorter training: you say how much time you have, up to the maximum in your profile. After putting it together, CRIVIX checks whether the planned duration, including rest and setup, fits within that time.
If it does not fit, you see that, and the exercises are not quietly shortened. This is about planned time: how long you actually take also depends on you.
Then CRIVIX only chooses exercises that suit the place and the equipment in your profile. At home, only exercises that are explicitly suitable for it are considered, and exercises with a partner only when someone is training with you.
If nothing suitable is left, change your place or equipment in your profile.
From the exercises that suit your focus, your place, your equipment and your time. That list follows from the CRIVIX rules; from it, the AI chooses the exercises for your training, each with a worked-out number of sets, repetitions and rest.
If no suitable training can be put together, CRIVIX does not create one and you see why.
See a prepared trainingWith ‘Prepare for the match’ you briefly record beforehand what you know. For example who you are playing, home or away, what kind of match it is, and whether you expect to be in the line-up, in which position and for how many minutes.
You also choose what you take onto the pitch, for example the goal of your development cycle. Everything is optional; you only fill in what you want.
See the match screensAfter the match you fill in what really happened. That is the result, whether you were in the line-up or came on, your position and your minutes, your goals, assists and cards, how your match felt (1 to 10) and whether your focus worked.
You also write down what went well and what you want to improve. CRIVIX puts your expectation next to what happened, for example the minutes you expected and played. Your rating is your own estimate, not an objective score, and a saved match is final.
They get lighter as the match gets closer. Within 48 hours before a match, CRIVIX plans no heavy strength training and no maximal sprints, and the total load stays limited.
The day before, there can still be a light session of at most 45 minutes, with no heavy or explosive work.
Beforehand you choose one point of focus, for example from your previous team training or your development points. You record it once; after that it no longer changes.
After the training you say whether you took part and for how many minutes, how it went (1 to 5), whether your point of focus worked and what you want to remember. That is your own reflection, not a performance or coach score.
See the team training screensThen you mark that team training as cancelled or moved.
Where it fits, you can plan an extra individual training instead; CRIVIX shows when that is possible.
The Check-in is an optional, short set of questions before your training: pain or discomfort, how you move, your sleep and your energy. Based on that, CRIVIX can leave out exercises that suit you less today; nothing is ever added or made harder.
The Check-in is only available if you give consent for health data. You can keep using CRIVIX without consent; the Check-in and features that need health data are unavailable.
Try the Check-in in the exampleNo. CRIVIX does not diagnose. If you’re unsure, or if a symptom lasts or gets worse, talk to a doctor or physiotherapist.
With some answers, such as a pain score above 5 or discomfort that came on suddenly in the past week, you do not begin that CRIVIX training that day. That is a cautious product rule.
What you actually did counts when your next days are planned. If you miss two training sessions in a row, the next one gets lighter, and missed work is not made up.
You see your reflections and match data again in your statistics, your journal and your development cycle. They are your own estimate: CRIVIX draws no conclusions from them about what you have mastered.
See Statistics and WrappedA period of 4, 6, 9 or 12 weeks in which you work on one goal, such as technique, speed, strength, fitness or your weaker foot.
You choose the goal and the start date. During that period your goal steers your new individual training sessions; your existing week does not change by itself. CRIVIX asks you to do the same test three times, at the start, in the middle and at the end, on a day that suits. You do that test yourself: you choose Yes, Later or Skip it, and it replaces that day's training. You see the results side by side, with how exact they are; a small difference counts as the same. That says something about that test, not about how fit you are. If a test that measures well comes out clearly lower, your dose stays on the same step two weeks longer. The tests have not been professionally reviewed yet. Bench press and back squat stay optional, under supervision.
You can pause a cycle, complete it or end it early, and then choose a new goal or take up the same goal again.
See the development cycleIn Statistics, the Football journal and Wrapped. Statistics lists your matches, training sessions, development, physical measurements and records, for the period you choose.
The Football journal keeps your matches as a timeline; you can mark favourites, highlights and learning moments in it. Wrapped opens at the end of the season or after a year of use, whichever comes first. It then shows your season, a month or a development cycle as a short story.
See looking backThe AI makes proposals; CRIVIX checks them.
The AI proposes your week layout and chooses exercises from the list the rules allow. It does not make up exercises or amounts, does not decide on your load and never sees your name, your email address or your Check-in answers. A proposal that does not pass the check is not used.
A signal on your screen that you react to: left or right, or goal A, B or C. You don’t know in advance which signal will come, so you learn to look first and only then choose.
Cues belong to a few technical exercises: receiving and turning away, passing to a goal and dribbling away. The signal appears shortly after a repetition begins and stays for a moment; the order is random, but each side comes up equally often. If you miss a signal, you show the same cue again. You need cones, and for one exercise a fixed rebounder.
Short football tips that belong to your position, one per day. They come in a fixed order, so you see them all before one comes back.
You put them on your Home with the ‘Position tip’ widget, and you also see them when you prepare for a match or team training. If you don’t play a fixed position, you get general football tips. There are no tips for goalkeepers yet.
The exercises come from CRIVIX’s own catalogue, each with a fixed way of doing it and fixed requirements for equipment and space. The football tips are written per position, based on checked football sources.
No. CRIVIX selects the exercises and tips itself and checks the sources. They have not been reviewed by an external professional yet; that review is still to come. Stop if you feel pain or if something does not feel right.
